Sewer System
The Municipal Services team of the DPW is responsible for monitoring and assessing the the Sanitary Sewers and Storm Drains of Glen Rock.
Sanitary Sewer – The sanitary sewers serving Glen Rock are a closed system that moves water and debris from the Borough to treatment plants in Newark. Municipal Services clears sewer lines annually and completes root control when needed.
Storm Drain – The storm drains are an open system that allows the flow of storm water through the Borough to Diamond Brook and the Ho-Ho-Kus Brook.
