Notice Of Upcoming Borough-wide Storm Sewer Data Collection And Inspection Activities

The Borough of Glen Rock has contracted with Neglia Group to collect data at each storm sewer inlet, manhole, and outfall structure located throughout the Borough. Please note this is not a construction notice, and only data collection will be taking place.

A two or three-person Neglia Group field crew will be driving each street in a marked Neglia Group vehicle. Field crew members will be wearing yellow vests and carrying equipment and cones. Each member will have a business card with contact information should a member of the public request additional information. You can also contact Neglia Group at (201) 939-8805.

Work will begin on or about September 10, 2025 and continue through January 31, 2026, weather permitting. Work hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm.
