The Records Bureau is located in the lobby of Police Headquarters at 1 Harding Plaza (enter through the glassed-in doors on the ground floor marked for handicap accessibility).  It is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and until 7:30PM on Tuesdays.  The Records Bureau is closed on weekends and holidays.  No administrative services are available outside of these hours.
