Applicant requests use and parking variances for installation of medical professional in first floor office. Applicant seeks use variance for a medical use, which is not permitted in the OB-2 zone and a parking variance of 10 spaces (402 spaces currently required including 5 for general office use of subject office, 230 provided, 172 spaces granted by previous variance, 10 spaces required for additional requirement for medical use.) and any other variances and waivers that are required in connection with this application.
