Applicant requests preliminary and final site plan approval for construction of a cellular tower with any variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application. - 
At the request of the applicant, this application has been postponed until the September 20, 2007 meeting.

Memorializing resolution to construct driveway, which will, if constructed, exceed the permitted width past 16' of the curb.

Memorializing resolution to construct 2 story addition and 2nd story addition which will, if constructed, encroach into the required front yard setback.

Applicant proposes to construct two - one story additions which will, if constructed exceed the permitted building/structure coverage. In addition, the rear addition will encroach into the rear yard. Also, the applicant proposes to convert a screened in porch to a family room, intensifying the use of a room that encroaches into the rear yard setback. Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-54(G), where 25% building/structure coverage is permitted, 27.8% is proposed, a difference of 2.8% and 230-54(D) where 30' rear yard is required, 23' is proposed, a difference of 7' and any other variances or waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant: JDN Properties @ Glen Rock LLC

Applicant requests amended preliminary and final site plan approval for construction of eighteen (18) market value and two (2) affordable housing units. An impervious coverage variance of 6.2% (50% permitted, 56.2% requested) was previously granted. Applicant now requests an additional impervious coverage variance of 1.5%, for a total impervious coverage of 57.7% and any other variances or waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant: Mr. & Mrs. Eric Wansong

Applicant proposes to construct two story addition and patio requiring front side yard variances. Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinances 230-22(B) and 230-A14.4, were a 36.9' front side yard (based on average setback study) is required, 20.58' (addition) and 23.38' (porch) are proposed, a difference of 16.32' and 13.52' respectively and any other variances or waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant received Zoning Board approval for a one story addition in August, 2002. Applicant did not apply for a Building permit within the required nine (9) month period. Applicant requests extension of approval.
