Applicant proposes to construct one story addition, two story addition and porch which will, if constructed, encroach into the required front and side yards. Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-54(B) where a 35' front yard is required (average setback study), 31' (porch), 30.08' (steps) and 30.17' (overhang) are proposed, a difference of 4.0', 4.92' and 4.83' respectively and Borough Ordinance 230-54(C), where a 6' side yard is required, 4.8' is proposed, a difference of 1.2' and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant proposes to construct one story addition and open front porch which will, if constructed, encroach into the required front and front side yards. Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-54(B), where 41.7' (average setback study) is required, 40.7' (porch) and 39.7' (porch overhang) are proposed, a difference of 1' and 2' respectively and Borough Ordinance 230-22(B), where 35' is required, 26.3' (porch and rear addition) is proposed, a difference of 8.7' and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.
