Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-54(B), where 50' is required, 39.6' (porch), 38.6' (overhang) and 36.3' (stairs), a difference of 10.4', 11.4' and 13.7' respectively and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-22(B), where 37.5' is required, 24.5' (addition), 18.9' (canopy) and 23.2' (bay window) is provided, a difference of 13.0', 18.6' and 14.3' respectively and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-22(B), where 37.5' front side yard is required, 13.4' (porch roof overhang), 13.9' (porch foundation) and 27' (porch steps) are proposed, a difference of 24.1'. 23.6' and 10.5' respectively and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant constructed addition which encroaches into the required front yard and side yard setbacks. Applicant seeks relief from Section 230-54(B), where 45.5' front yard setback for a porch eave was granted by a previous Zoning Board Variance, 44.8' was constructed, a difference of .7' and Borough Ordinance 230-54(C) where a 6' side yard is required, 5.7' was constructed, a difference of .3' and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.

Applicant: Mr. Joseph Miele
Applicant constructed rear wood deck without benefit of a permit which caused the building/structure coverage to exceed the permitted 25% within the first 140' of the front lot line. Applicant also wishes to construct front porch and stairs that will, if constructed, increase the building/structure coverage and encroach into the required front yard setback. Applicant seeks relief from Borough Ordinance 230-54(G), where 25% building/structure is permitted, 29.69% is proposed, a difference of 4.69% and Borough Ordinance 230-54(B), where 35' is required (average setback study), 31.88' (porch) and 27.88' (stairs) are proposed, a difference of 3.12' and 7.12' respectively and any other variances and waivers that may be required in connection with this application.
